Today, we are excited to announce that our search for our Head of Programmes and Head of External Engagement begins. Head of Programmes: Are you dedicated to nurturing the talents of young composers and supporting artists to sustain successful careers in the music profession? As the Head of Programmes, you’ll play a central role in overseeing all facets of our initiatives catering to young composers and individuals aged 18 and over. This role requires exceptional skills, networks, and experience in music education or guiding artists towards successful careers in the music industry. You’ll be instrumental in crafting and implementing programess aimed at fostering musical creativity, whether in formal or informal settings, across various genres, and at any educational stage for children and young people. Your leadership will shape recruitment, selection, and program activities for individuals aged 18 and over in the music profession.



Head of External Engagement: Are you an experienced fundraiser and communicator, adept at driving external engagement and enhancing income generation? As the Head of External Engagement, you’ll spearhead the development and execution of our external activities, encompassing profile enhancement, brand identity, stakeholder engagement, fundraising, and forging strategic partnerships. Your role is critical in elevating our organisational visibility and influence, particularly through cultivating commercial partnerships that drive income generation. You’ll lead the external engagement team, ensuring the realisation of strategic and operational objectives. Building and nurturing internal and external relationships will be at the core of your responsibilities, contributing significantly to our mission of fostering a vibrant and inclusive music sector.
